Privacy Policy

Last updated: Jul 4, 2026.

Thank you for choosing Country Days (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how ULADZISLAU ZINCHANKA ("We," "Us," or "Our") collects, uses, and discloses information when You use the App, and explains Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. By using the App, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Privacy at a glance. Your travel data — trips, dates, countries, on-device location samples, photo timestamps, custom counters, and notes — is stored locally on Your Device and is never uploaded to Our servers. We do not operate any server that stores Your travel history. The only data that leaves Your Device is (a) anonymous product analytics, (b) Your subscription state, and (c) configuration values for paywall and feature flags, as detailed in Sections 2 and 4 below. We are not responsible for your visa, tax, residency, or legal compliance. See our Terms of Use for full disclaimers.

1. Definitions

Words with initial capital letters have the following meanings (singular/plural equally apply):

2. Collecting & Using Your Data

2.1 Types of Data Collected

2.1.1 Travel Data (stays on Your Device — never transmitted)

The following data is created and stored exclusively on Your Device, in the App's local database. It is never uploaded to Our servers (We do not operate any server that stores it) and is never shared with any third party:

If you uninstall the App, all Travel Data is permanently removed from Your Device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled at the operating-system level, the App's local database may be included in your encrypted iCloud Backup as managed by Apple — We have no access to such backups.

2.1.2 Personal Data You Voluntarily Provide

If you contact us by email at dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com, we may receive the contents of your message (e.g. support questions or feature requests). We do not require an account.

In-app support form: If you use the in-app support form, your message text is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. The App may send anonymous analytics metadata about that interaction (e.g. message length) to Mixpanel. To actually reach us, please email dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com.

2.1.3 Subscription and Payment Data

When you purchase a subscription, We collect and process the following information through Our subscription Service Provider RevenueCat:

Note: We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's privacy policy. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, which processes subscription metadata on Our behalf. We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status only.

2.1.4 Anonymous Usage Data

The App sends the following anonymous Usage Data to Mixpanel for product analytics:

Usage Data never includes Your Travel Data. We do not transmit your GPS coordinates, photo metadata, trip notes, or full country-visit history to Mixpanel. Some events may include non-sensitive properties such as country codes (e.g. which country you logged a trip in) or preset identifiers for product analytics — not precise location.

2.1.5 Remote Configuration Data

The App fetches paywall variants and feature-flag values from Firebase Remote Config. To return the correct configuration, Firebase receives:

Firebase Remote Config does not receive any Travel Data and is not used to track You across other apps or websites.

2.2 Use of Your Data

2.3 Data We Do Not Collect

For the avoidance of doubt, We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, share, or rent: Your name, email address (unless you email Us first), phone number, mailing address, social media handles, photos or photo content, contacts, calendars, microphone recordings, payment card numbers, biometric data, or precise real-time location coordinates. We have no advertising SDKs and We do not run targeted advertising of any kind.

3. Disclosure of Your Data

We never sell, rent, or share Your Travel Data, and We have no commercial arrangement under which Travel Data could be transferred to a third party.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party Service Providers. Each receives only the data described below; none receives Your Travel Data.

ProviderPurposeData SentPrivacy Policy
Mixpanel Anonymous product analytics (event tracking, funnel and retention analysis, paywall A/B measurement) Anonymous Mixpanel distinct ID, app-event names + properties (e.g. screen viewed, button tapped, paywall variant), app version, device model, OS version, locale mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy
RevenueCat Subscription state, entitlement, and purchase-receipt management Anonymous RevenueCat user ID, subscription status, transaction IDs, purchase receipts, plan and trial status revenuecat.com/privacy

Apple (Location Services / CLGeocoder) Reverse geocoding during on-device country detection and photo import (when Apple's geocoder is available) Latitude and longitude may be sent from Your Device to Apple's geocoding service to resolve a country name. We do not receive or store these requests on Our servers. When the geocoder is unavailable (offline or rate-limited), the App uses an on-device nearest-country fallback and no coordinates are sent to Apple in that case. apple.com/legal/privacy
Apple App Store Payment processing, subscription billing, App Store distribution Payment information, purchase receipts (handled entirely by Apple) apple.com/privacy

The App does not integrate any advertising network, attribution SDK, social-graph SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or analytics provider beyond Mixpanel and Firebase Remote Config as listed above.
