Privacy Policy

Thank you for choosing Metronome Pro - Tempo BPM (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how ULADZISLAU ZINCHANKA ("We," "Us," or "Our"), an individual entrepreneur based in Poland, collects, uses, and discloses information when You use the App. By using the App, You agree to this Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Use also apply.

Privacy at a glance. Your metronome presets and settings stay on Your Device and are never uploaded to Our servers. The only data that leaves Your Device in normal use is: (a) pseudonymous product analytics (Mixpanel); (b) subscription / purchase state (RevenueCat and Apple); (c) remote configuration / feature flags (Firebase Remote Config); and (d) a lightweight connectivity check. Optional local practice reminders stay on-device. We do not use advertising SDKs, Crashlytics, or Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. The App does not use the microphone for recording.

1. Definitions

2. Collecting & Using Your Data

2.1 Types of Data Collected

2.1.1 Metronome Content (local — never uploaded by Us)

If device backups (e.g. iCloud Backup) are enabled, local App data may be included as managed by Apple/Google — We have no access. Uninstalling removes local Metronome Content from the Device.

The App does not provide a microphone recording feature and does not collect microphone audio. A microphone permission string may appear in platform manifests because of audio-playback frameworks; recording is disabled in the App.

2.1.2 Personal Data You Voluntarily Provide

No account is required. If you email dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com, We receive your email address and message to respond.

In-app support / feature-request forms (if shown): Message text is not transmitted to Our servers. The App may send only anonymous analytics metadata (e.g. message length) to Mixpanel. To reach Us, please email Us.

2.1.3 Subscription and Purchase Data

Via RevenueCat and Apple, We process subscription status and history; plan type (weekly and/or yearly as offered); transaction identifiers and receipts; trial / renewal / expiration metadata; and an anonymous RevenueCat app-user identifier. We do not collect payment-card numbers.

2.1.4 Pseudonymous Usage Data (Mixpanel)

On launch, the App initializes Mixpanel and sends product-analytics events (e.g. opens, onboarding, tempo/preset actions, paywall funnel, reminder permission). Events use a Mixpanel distinct ID and may include technical metadata (app version, device model, OS, locale). Mixpanel may process IP address and derive approximate location (e.g. country/region). Usage Data does not include the audible click track as an audio upload.

2.1.5 Remote Configuration (Firebase Remote Config)

The App fetches paywall and feature-flag values (e.g. whether to show paywall after open/onboarding, close-button style, whether tap tempo requires Premium). Firebase may receive an installation ID, app version, and locale / storefront region. Remote Config does not receive Your presets.

2.1.6 Local Practice Reminders (optional)

With permission, the App may schedule local practice reminders on Your Device (delivered by iOS/Android). Schedules stay local. We do not register a remote push token with Our servers for marketing campaigns. You can disable reminders in the App and/or system Settings.

2.1.7 Connectivity Check

To detect online status, the App may perform a lightweight network check (e.g. a HEAD request to a well-known endpoint). Used only for connectivity detection.

2.2 Use of Your Data
