Thank you for choosing Sound Board - Audio Buttons (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how ULADZISLAU ZINCHANKA ("We," "Us," or "Our") collects, uses, and discloses information when You use the App, and explains Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. By using the App, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Use govern use of the Service.
Privacy at a glance. Your soundboards, imported audio files, and playback settings are stored locally on Your Device and are never uploaded to Our servers. We do not operate a content cloud for your audio. The only data that leaves Your Device in normal use is: (a) pseudonymous product analytics (Mixpanel); (b) subscription / purchase state (RevenueCat and Apple); (c) remote configuration / feature-flag values (Firebase Remote Config); and (d) a lightweight connectivity check. We do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

The following is created and stored exclusively on Your Device. It is never uploaded to Our servers, and We do not operate a server that stores Your audio or boards:
Important: All audio files remain on Your Device. When you share a file using the system share sheet, sharing is handled by the operating system. If you have device-level backups enabled (e.g. iCloud Backup or Android backup), local App data may be included in those encrypted backups as managed by Apple/Google — We have no access to such backups. Uninstalling the App deletes local Soundboard Content from Your Device.
We do not require an account or registration. If you contact Us by email at dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com, We receive your email address, message body, and any attachments, and use them solely to respond.
In-app support / feature-request forms (if shown): Message text typed into those forms is not transmitted to Our servers. The App may send only anonymous analytics metadata about the interaction (e.g. message length / word count) to Mixpanel. To actually reach Us, please email dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com.
When you purchase a subscription or a one-time Premium unlock, We process (via RevenueCat and Apple) information such as:
Note: We do not collect or store payment-card numbers. Apple processes payments under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. RevenueCat processes subscription/entitlement metadata on Our behalf. We receive transaction confirmations and entitlement status.
On launch, the App initializes Mixpanel and sends product-analytics events. This typically includes:
Because Mixpanel receives network requests from Your Device, Mixpanel may also process your IP address. Unless We configure otherwise, Mixpanel may derive approximate location (e.g. country/region) from IP. Usage Data does not include your audio file contents or full board audio payloads.
We do not use Mixpanel for cross-app advertising, and We do not sell Usage Data for money.
The App fetches paywall, free-tier limit, and feature-flag values from Firebase Remote Config (Google). To deliver configuration, Firebase may receive:
Remote Config does not receive Soundboard Content (audio/boards). It is used to operate the Service (e.g. which offering to show, free board/sound limits, paywall close-button timing/style, whether background playback is allowed for free users).
With your permission, the App may schedule local engagement reminders on Your Device (delivered by iOS/Android notification systems). Reminder schedules and content are stored locally. Reminder text may include the name of your current board. We do not register an APNs/FCM push token with Our servers for remote marketing campaigns. You can disable reminders in the App settings and/or system Settings.
To detect whether Your Device is online (e.g. before fetching offerings or Remote Config), the App may perform a lightweight network check (currently a HEAD request to a well-known endpoint such as Google). This check is used only for connectivity detection; We do not use it to build a profile of You.
For the avoidance of doubt, We do not:
A microphone usage string may appear in platform permission manifests because of audio-playback frameworks; the App does not provide a user-facing microphone recording feature and does not upload microphone audio.
We never sell, rent, or upload Your Soundboard Content to third parties.
The App relies on the following Service Providers. None receives your audio file contents.

Your use of these providers is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Connectivity checks may contact third-party endpoints solely to determine online status.
Service Providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When We transfer personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, and/or the providers’ own transfer mechanisms.

Subject to legal limits, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (including to processing based on legitimate interests), and withdrawal of consent. We respond within one month (extendable as permitted). We may need information to verify your request. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We use HTTPS/TLS for network transmissions to Service Providers and rely on platform security for on-device storage. No method is 100% secure. We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small sole-trader operation.
Where a personal-data breach is likely to result in risk to your rights, We will notify the competent authority (UODO in Poland) without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours, and notify you when required. Report suspected issues to dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com.
The App is suitable for ages 4 and up under Apple’s age rating, with parental supervision recommended for younger users. No account is required.
Automatic analytics: Pseudonymous Usage Data (Mixpanel) and Remote Config requests occur for installs generally, including where a parent allows a child to use the App. This is not the same as collecting a child’s name, email, or contact details.
EU / UK — consent age for personal data: Where consent is the legal basis, the user must meet the digital-consent age in their country (often 16; sometimes lower, e.g. 15 in France), or a parent/guardian must consent.
United States (COPPA): We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner that requires verifiable parental consent under COPPA beyond the limited, pseudonymous analytics and purchase processing described here. We do not condition use of the App on a child providing name, email, or similar contact information.
Purchases: Premium purchases must be made by someone 18+ (or by a parent/guardian using their Apple Account).
If We learn We have collected personal information from a child in a way that violates COPPA or applicable law, We will delete it promptly (including requesting deletion from Service Providers where feasible). Parents may email dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com to review, delete, or refuse further collection related to their child.
Links to third-party sites (including Apple, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, and Firebase policies) are not under Our control.
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version at this URL. Material changes may also be noted in the App or App Store listing. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

We disclose personal information to Service Providers for business purposes: Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Google (Firebase Remote Config), and Apple — as described in §4. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their independent direct marketing.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, and We do not “share” personal information for that purpose as those terms are commonly applied to ad tech.
Some privacy laws define “sale” broadly to include certain disclosures to analytics providers in exchange for value. Disclosure of Usage Data to Mixpanel for product analytics may be considered a “sale” or similar concept under those broad definitions. You may opt out of this analytics disclosure by emailing dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com with the subject “CCPA Opt-Out” and enough information for Us to identify your install (We may ask for device/app details or identifiers). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 for advertising.
You may request to know/access, delete, correct (where applicable), and receive information about Our practices, subject to verification and exceptions. You will not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights. Submit requests to dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 45 days (extendable as permitted).
Residents of Virginia, Connecticut, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and other states with similar laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of sale / targeted advertising / certain profiling. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise rights or opt out of analytics disclosures treated as a “sale,” contact dev.ohmyapp@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
